When you teach your children to be kind and inclusive, you give other children the ability to shine

My daughter, Siena, was invited to a classmate’s birthday party and she was very apprehensive about attending because she does not get invited often and does not have the easiest time making friends. Thankfully we were able to sway her into going and once she agreed, she really got into deciding what to wear and what gifts to get. She got up early and asked me every 10 minutes for 4 hours how soon we were leaving.

We are so grateful to this family for inviting her (Diana Russo Feguer) and a huge thank you to Ann Roda for this video because Siena DID NOT want me to stay for the party. We are blessed with so many amazing people in our lives that don’t even realize their fabulousness. She had the best day and told me every single detail. my heart is full tonight.
