Siena’s 5k PWS Walk 2013

What?
The purpose of this walk is to raise monies for Siena’s Special Needs Trust. This event is open to anyone who wishes to raise awareness of Prader-Willi Syndrome and support Siena Schoenberger.

When?
Saturday, October 5, 2013
(rain or shine)
9:00 AM: Registration
10:00 AM: Walk starts

South Hills Park (Orchard Pavilion)

Cost?
Pre-Registration (ends Sept. 27th):
WITHOUT SHIRT : $10 for participants ages 10 and over
WITH SHIRT: $25 ages 10 and over
** there will only be a limited number of shirts available to participants who do not pre-order

DAY OF WALK REGISTRATION: $15 for participants age 10 and over

**free for children under the age of 10

General Information:
Every registered walker will receive complimentary snacks and beverages, as well as ONE FREE raffle ticket, which can be used to win raffle prizes.

Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
