No thank you to Highmark who had customer service people in training this afternoon so no one was answering phones and now of course they are closed for the day. Will try again tomorrow. Gottlieb’s office has Formulary now though so we will see what they say too… Hopefully we will have a final decision on everything tomorrow.
>Got a hold of Highmark after hours – if you can believe it!! They said to have doctor fill out medication request form, I have a hard time believing Gottlieb's office didn't already do that, but I will check.
